Now maybe things will settle down. Hope everyone had a great Christmas, know it was hard for some with the economy and all, but as long as we kept the proper perspective that is what was important. For me, I had a good Christmas, spent it with family and friends. Also had two grandkids birthday parties to attend. I am ready for some peace and quiet. This is basically the first time all day I have had the strength to sit up longer than 30min. Guess I overdid over the holidays, had chest pains all day and had to lay around and take it easy. Anyway as long as I can get around to saying hi to everyone here, it was worth it. In the case I don't get around before New Year, I want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous New Year.

Just wanted everyone to know the family Christmas get-together we had here at my house Saturday was a great success. I don't know how we did it, but we had 30 people (counting Conrad) here. Everyone had a great time, we played dirty Santa and only two people were stuck with dirty gifts.

My grandchildren want to come over Christmas Eve and stay the night to have Christmas here, which is fine by me. Since the passing of their other grandmother earlier this year I guess we will carry on the tradition here. I feel honored to do it. I don't know where all of us will sleep, with 8 grandkids, my daughter, two granddaughters' boyfriends, I guess they can sleep on top of each other. At least they will stay warm, lol.

Hey all, with Christmas approaching, I will probably be tied up in getting everything in order until after the first of the year. I have some new photos of my lil guy Conrad. I won't be sitting him for a while, his dad will be taking over, because of the economy he lost his job on Saturday. The upside is he only lives three blocks from me and I can still get my Conrad fixes from time to time. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday. Stay safe and warm. Love and hugs to all.
